We are looking for a Quality Assurance Admin, who has robust experience in auditing calls of Outbound Sales agents. The candidate should be willing to work at night shift, Pacific Standard Time.


- Listen to agent calls
- Assess calls based on determined standards

- Report findings to QA Manager towards end of shift

- Other possible QA-related admin tasks


- At least 2 years experience in QA

- Sales QA work is an advantage
